Souls Winning Ministries new consultant, Scarlie Paul, has worked with our orphanage director, Jacky, to provide us with a detailed breakdown on the needs for shoes for the New Joy House children. It has been some time since we sent shoes down for the children and the need has become urgent as children grow in size so quickly and also wear out their shoes in no time at all. The chart below provides the sizes and quantities, as well as the types of shoes that the children need. Scarlie and her team from Souls Winning Ministries have also created a flier that you can use to solicit support for this project. (Download flier.) If you are able to help with this shoe collection effort for the June container, you need only email our executive director Martin Hawley, that you want to help and how many pairs of shoes you plan to purchase. We also will not mind if we end up with more pairs of shoes than the basic need from the chart as, of course, more shoes will always be needed.
