We want to thank all of our mission partners at Midway Presbyterian Church, and particularly Havilah and Adam Kline, who have worked closely with some of our orphans for quite a long time. The Klines rented a truck and collected donations in addition to some items that they themselves also provided. Reformation Hope has been collecting donations again this year and storing them at Hope Presbyterian Church until we can send another container to Haiti. We anticipate loading and shipping to take place at Hope in early November, and will keep you posted in the event that some of you or your congregations would like to organize a donation drive. We can provide you with a full list of needed items. However, a short list of the priorities includes:
- twin sheet sets (white, blue, or pink)
- bed pillows
- bath size towels and washcloths (royal or light blue)
- school supplies (pens, notebooks, crayons, backpacks, etc.)
- Tylenol
- Ibuprofen
- good condition used furniture (solid wood construction due to the extreme humidity)
- outdoor (wet) rated ceiling fans.
